The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Threshold and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Scripture quotations are sourced from public domain translations or used with appropriate permissions. Attribution is provided where required.
Content you create (journal entries, reflections, notes) remains your property, but you grant us a license to store and display this content to provide our services.
Some features may require a paid subscription (Threshold+). By subscribing, you agree to:
Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Threshold is a spiritual growth tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health services, counseling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
Survey assessments and progress tracking are for personal reflection purposes and are not clinical diagnoses or professional evaluations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Threshold and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
